Late nights = beautiful creations. ✨🎂

This Pokémon cake definitely tested me! After spending over an hour on a buttercream transfer, it decided it wasn't going to cooperate and failed during the transfer process. 🥴 So, Plan B it was—I hand drew every character instead!

Honestly though, I'm so glad it happened because the final result turned out even better than I imagined. 💛

This birthday cake was filled with strawberry compote and cream cheese buttercream, making it just as delicious on the inside as it was fun on the outside. Happy Birthday to one lucky Pokémon fan! 🎉⚡️

Even though we will be closed from June 28th- July 14th, I will be stocking Platte's Pantry full with Cookies & Granola.

💥Remember 2 weeks in advance is needed for most custom cakes! I wish I had room for a back stock of supplies to be able to take last minute orders but it just isn't possible with the space!

As always the quickest way to put an order is through facebook, email or text! Voicemails have not been my friend and get lost or don't come in till days after!
