Olive ciabatta.
Marinated castelvatrano olives with aromas of garlic, thyme, citrus & sesame perfume this super light bread with incredible richness and depth. The pops of briney salty bites from the olive make this a very fun bread to eat. Preferably for dipping into hummus or burrata or more olive oil and a splash of minced herbs.

Currently available at the and at our retail shop in wheat ridge.

We’ve been getting lots and lots of reps in lately and it’s pushing us towards another threshold. Waiting for that next adaptation response, seeing the next phase of growth, of evolution. Just beyond the veil of exhaustion there lives a glorious hope, a metamorphosis.
