In our house, we have a picky eater. She does not like sourdough. She loves a soft, squishy slice of bread. Even some of the white breads I’ve made were not up to her standards.

But today, I think I found the perfect recipe for sandwich bread that will make our picky girl happy! It’s got the soft texture of store bought bread, but without the extra preservatives.

I’m working on getting a couple loaves of it out to the stand for tomorrow.

And I’ll have 4 loaves of sourdough tomorrow morning for all the sourdough lovers out there 😋😋
