We are constant support, chef, behind-the-scenes organizer, and biggest cheerleader. We are everywhere our children need us to beā€”and it never stops. Not for one day, not for two days, not ever. You are valued, strong, and incredible!

Shout out to my mom, Laura Mendez! She supports my kids while I work a full time job and my part time bakery! She is my best friend, my confidante, and my rock. She believed in me when I didnā€™t believe in myself, always lifting me up through every moment of my life. Her unwavering support has been a constant source of strength and inspiration. She shaped me into the mother I am today, and I am forever grateful.
