Small bites, big dreams… 🤩   
   
I spent today at the Hyde Park campus of the Culinary Institute of America taking a class on hors d’oeuvres. We made spanakopita, chipotle pico de gallo, red wine plum glazed pork skewers, and more!   
   
Even though it’s midwinter, I’m already dreaming of bringing more pastries and big flavors to everyone in the spring! 🌻

Looking for something delicious (and easy!) for Thanksgiving morning before the big feast? We’ve got you covered!

Order fresh homemade scones in three cozy flavors: Lemon Blueberry, Pumpkin, or Orange Cranberry.

You can choose to pick them up:
❄️ Frozen – bake them yourself on Thanksgiving morning for that warm bakery smell!
🍞 Baked & Ready – I’ll bake them for you so they’re ready to serve.
(Or do a mix of both!)

📅 Pickup: Wednesday, Nov. 26, from 1–3 PM at The Dairy O
