It will probably count against us in the algorithm, but we honestly don't really care much for FB at all, especially with what it has become: the AI slop, the bots, the forced feeds, the negativity, the divisions it creates, the rage bait it tries to addict with, all make it a sandbox we'd rather not play in.

Another amazing and talented group of artisan bread bakers have left us yesterday.

Such a fun class Artisan Bread School. They will be missed.

We will unfortunately not be at the farmers market today - but we will have breads at Trigo this coming Thursday morning and will return to the Saranac Lake Farmers' Markets next Saturday, the 27th.

WOW, that was fast! Thanks for all of the interest but it's now under contract.

The good news is that the vibe and space will remain the same: for the benefit of the community.

I think the timing of this sale could not have gone any better for all involved.

And again, thank you so much for your words of encouragement, understanding and well wishes!!!

Whether it's a pop up market at the Heritage House, Ballard Park or even from the back of my van, we'll be back at some point.

***UPDATE: 12 Champlain Ave is UNDER CONTRACT.

We had an offer in under 3 hours from when this was posted.

We've made the hard decision to sell Trigo and the building at 12 Champlain Ave.

The simple fact is that we're getting older and we feel the need to downsize, to scale back the workload and practice more self-care in our third act of existence.

We will continue to have fresh bread days and some of our farm products like eggs, etc… until we sell, but we will be stocking other products less and less as we go forward unfortunately.
