I’m a former IP lawyer and current stay at home dad. When I’m not driving my daughters around, I love to bake. On Thursdays and Fridays, I bake a variety of sourdough for pickup here on Easton Road in Westport, not far from downtown.

What a beautiful morning in Westport! It’s yard work season so I’m not baking today but I’ll be mixing up bread tomorrow morning to bake on Monday. I have one Cranberry Walnut left today. This is the Tartine Country Sourdough from the famous NY Times cooking section recipe, if you haven’t tried it you’re missing out!

It’s a great day to stay inside and eat some fresh bread! I have one White and a few Tartine Country Breads (more whole wheat).
