The Herb Affair Capsule-It is at it again. I freeze dried a few pints of holy basil this summer. Paired with saffron in the capsules for the perfect stress reliever.

Mood Support: Saffron helps reduce symptoms of low mood and mild anxiety, while holy basil calms the nervous system.

Stress Reduction: Holy basil acts as an adaptogen to lower mental fatigue, and saffron helps moderate the body's physiological response to stress.

Focus and Cognition: Both herbs contain antioxidants that protect brain cells from oxidative stress, potentially aiding mental clarity and concentration.
