With summer just around the corner and the calendar filling up with outdoor fun, I’ve decided to shift gears. Between the sunshine and all the summer activities, I’ll be scaling back my baking to once per month for the season.

Don't worry—I'm not hanging up the apron for good! I’ll be back to my regular baking schedule once the crisp fall air returns.

Today is what’s left of dandelion roots and dandelions. I’ve already collected an abundance for the year.

Clevers: Used to promote lymph flow, reducing congestion, and soothing swollen glands.

Wild, prickly lettuce:  this will be used for pain salves and to help with headaches and stress.
