VG Creations Gluten-free and allergy friendly baked goods for delivery or pick up in the Manhattan, KS area. My husband has been gluten free since 2010.

My name is Ashley VanGilder and I have been baking for food sensitivities for the last decade. With my family of six we have had various food sensitivities like gluten, dairy, yeast, and more. I enjoy baking when I'm not teaching in the Rock Creek School district. I have learned to adapt almost any recipe to make it fit the dietary needs of my family. I have also worked on vegan recipes. ave also started to make their own creations on the 3D printer and other mediums. We are broadening our services to include 3D printed items and some knit and sewing items. We can also be found at the Manhattan, KS Farmers Market in the Summer of 2026.
