Its been a bit since Ive posted.
Im working on new recipes for Christmas.
Most recently I made homemade Toffee to put in an amazing Chocolate chip cookie. Ted says its the best.
Im also working on using Browned Butter in some of the cookies. It just elevates the flavor.
Im also going to be having some cookies for a small show this weekend.

I almost sold out this past weekend. So very happy and humble from all the feedback for my cookies. A lady baker said they were amazing and not overly sweet. Lemon's Kiss sold out fast, then stuffed Cinnadoodle. I made Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter Chocolate, Lemon's Kiss, Strawberry Crunch, Stuffed Cinnadoodle, Circus Funfetti. Restocked for Saturday with Chocolate Chip, Biscoff Smores, Chocolate Overload, Lemon with white Chocolate chips, Lemon Strawberry and Snickerdoodle with white chocolate chips.
