I'm Matt P**a, this page will act as a store-front for selling my small-batch chocolate chip cookies. I've developed and refined this cookie recipe for over a year, each batch is handmade by me using 10 high-quality ingredients, then convection-baked to perfection. The process I follow creates a cookie that is both consistent in size (about 3") and deliciousness, with the perfect amount of crispness on the outside, and a soft melt-in-your-mouth interior.
