pumpkin cold foam latte szn is here 🎃

Ingredients:
1-2 shots espresso (or strong coffee)
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or brown sugar
½ teaspoon pumpkin spice, plus more for topping
¾ cup milk of choice
Ice

For the cold foam: ¼ cup milk (or heavy cream), splash of vanilla, sweetener to taste

How to make it:
- Whisk the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, and espresso together until smooth
- Pour over ice and add your milk of choice, stir to combine
- Froth the cold foam ingredients together until light and airy (a handheld frother works great)
- Top your latte with the cold foam and a dust of pumpkin spice
