And if you’re an IU fan like me, it’s been an especially fun way to ring in the year celebrating the Hoosiers’ Rose Bowl win — a little hometown joy that made this first week back in the kitchen even sweeter.

Dear friends,

Merry Christmas! I just want to take a moment to say thank you. I’ve been a little quieter here lately as I’ve been busy preparing for my own family’s Christmas and soaking in this special season, but I’m so grateful for each of you and the continued support you show Bent Creek Bakehouse.

Your kindness throughout the year truly means more to me than words can express. Thank you for welcoming my breads into your homes, your celebrations, and your everyday moments. It’s a gift I never take for granted.

May your Christmas be filled with warmth, peace, and the simple joys that make this season so special.
