I had an incredible time at the 30th anniversary of Coupe du Monde de la PĆ¢tisserie! Congratulations to Malaysia for winning gold! The team composed of Wei Loon TAN (sugar specialist), Otto TAY (chocolate specialist) and Ming Ai LOI (ice specialist) impressed the judges with their winning showpiece.
