One last long weekend before we unofficially say goodbye to summer… and I plan on soaking up every last little bit of it.☀️

Peach Crumble Coffee Cake 🍑

I’d keep this one fairly light, delicious and engaging:

September may be here… but I’m not ready to say goodbye to summer baking just yet. 🍑🤎

This Peach Crumble Coffee Cake was one of the recipes I created for a TV appearance earlier this summer, and it feels like the perfect bake for this little in-between season.

Sweet, juicy peaches baked into a soft, tender cake and topped with a buttery crumble, basically summer meeting cozy baking in the very best way.

Because before we move into all things apple, cinnamon and eventually pumpkin… I think peaches deserve one last moment. 🍑

There’s just something about a warm slice of Chocolate Chip Banana Loaf that never gets old🍌🍫

Soft, moist, perfectly sweet and loaded with chocolate chips, it’s one of those simple bakes that works for everything. Breakfast on a busy morning, tucked into lunchboxes, an after-school snack or alongside that much-needed afternoon coffee.

And bonus: it freezes beautifully, making it the perfect recipe to batch bake now and have ready for those busy September days ahead!
