October 10, 2026, Happy cool Monday morning to all of my awesome customers, friends and families. A lot of people are enjoying Columbus Day off this morning, but some are not! It was a very busy week. This next week will be different. I have several cakes, but I also have a very large cake to do. It will take several days to get it ready, plus another large cake to go with it. The rest of the month is completely booked, even Halloween! Remember to order early because Thanksgiving and Christmas are right around the corner! YIKES! This year is going by really fast! Always be kind and caring for each other. You would want this to happen to you if you were on the receiving. Stay safe and healthy!

October 11, 2026, Good afternoon to all of my customers, friends and families. As of today, I won't be posting my pictures on Sundays! I will be posting them on Monday mornings. Besides realizing that I might be ruining someone's surprise party on a Sunday, my Sundays have become more of a FAMILY DAY for us. Everyone knows that FAMILY is the most important thing in our lives. See you tomorrow morning!

OCTOBER 3, 2026, GOOD EVENING TO ALL OF MY WONDERFUL CUSTOMERS, FRIENDS AND FAMILIES. SORRY I HAD SOME AWESOME COMPANY TODAY! THE STORM ON THURSDAY KNOCKED OUT OUR ELECTRICITY FOR A WHILE ALONG WITH A WHOLE LOT OF OTHER PEOPLE. HOPEFULLY EVERYONE SURVIVED THE STORMS. THE REST OF THIS MONTH IS COMPLETELY BOOKED, INCLUDING HALLOWEEN! LOVE THE ONES YOU'RE WITH AND ANYONE ELSE THAT YOU MEET! STAY SAFE AND HEALTHY!

September 28, 2026, Good Evening to all of my awesome and very patient customers, friends and families! Sometimes those "Honey Do" projects do take longer than expected. It was a very busy week for sure. Remember to please order early because majority of the time I might not have the boards, boxes and plates that I need for the cakes. It really takes a lot of praying and hoping that the things that I need get here on time for those last-minute cakes. It gets to be pretty stressful at times. Remember to be friends to all that you meet. A smile is worth the reward that you receive. Stay safe and well.

SEPTEMBER 19, 2026, WELCOME TO ANOTHER VERY HOT SUNDAY AFTERNOON. IT'S BEEN A VERY BUSY WEEK. AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS OF OFF AND ON WORKING, THE GUYS FINALLY WERE ABLE TO FINISH INSTALLING A NEW SHOWER IN OUR BATHROOM! NOW TO FINISH CLEANING UP AND RE-ORGANIZING! BESIDES THAT, THERE IS ALWAYS A DELAY IN GETTING YOUR ORDER! AFTER WAITING AND PRAYING FOR IT TO ARRIVE, THEY LOST IT! WHICH PUTS ME IN A BIND AS TO HOW TO MAKE A SUBSTITUTE! OF COURSE, THAT'S JUST A NORMAL SITUATION FOR ANYONE WHO RUNS A BUSINESS. YOU CAN NEVER HAVE A NORMAL WEEK! MY WEEK STARTS TOMORROW WITH ANOTHER 100-SERVING SHEET CAKE BEING PICKED UP EARLY IN THE MORNING. OH WELL, I HAD NOTHING ELSE TO DO ON AN EARLY MONDAY MORNING!!! I HAD TO TURN DOWN SEVERAL MORE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THE DATES THEY WANTED WERE ALREADY BOOKED! ORDER EARLY! REMEMBER TO ALWAYS BE KIND TO EACH OTHER AND SPREAD THE LOVE! IT ACTUALLY FEELS REALLY GOOD! STAY SAFE AND WELL!
(A PERSONAL NOTE "YOU'RE DOING AN AWESOME JOB MAVERICK, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!)

SEPTEMBER 12, 2026, SORRY ABOUT BEING REALLY LATE, BUT MY FACEBOOK PAGE DECIDED TO LOCK UP EVERY TIME I STARTED TO NAME THE PICTURES. I WILL TRY AGAIN TOMORROW. IT'S BEEN A VERY LONG WEEK. I WILL WRITE MORE AFTER I NAME MY PICTURES. MY COMPUTER AND I WILL HAVE A VERY LONG DISCUSSION AS TO WHO'S THE BOSS! TAKE CARE AND STAY SAFE, AND LOVE EACH OTHER!

SEPTEMBER 5, 2026, HAPPY LABOR DAY TO ALL OF MY CUSTOMERS, FRIENDS AND FAMILIES! SORRY I'M A LITTLE LATE BUT I'VE HAD A LOT OF THINGS TO DO TODAY. IT WAS A VERY BUSY WEEK PLUS THE WATER WAS OFF FOR SEVERAL HOURS THURSDAY EVENING WHICH DIDN'T HELP AT ALL. BUT THAT'S THE WAY LIFE GOES SOMETIMES. THIS WEEK WILL BE EVEN BUSIER. TO ALL OF THE CUSTOMERS THAT I HAVE HAD TO SAY "NO" TO FOR CERTAIN DATES FOR THIS MONTH AND NEXT MONTH, I'M SORRY!! WHEN I'M COMPLETELY BOOKED FOR THOSE DATES, I CANNOT AND WILL NOT ADD MORE TO THEM. I CANNOT EXIST WITH ONLY A FEW HOURS SLEEP. THAT'S WHY I ALWAYS SAY TO ORDER EARLY (LIKE A MONTH, TWO MONTHS OR MORE AHEAD OF TIME)! I CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH! TAKE CARE AND STAY SAFE WHILE YOU ARE ENJOYING AN EXTRA DAY OFF FROM WORK! REMEMBER TO BE KIND TO EACH OTHER!

SEPTEMBER 29, 2026, HAPPY SUNDAY TO ALL OF MY CUSTOMERS, FRIENDS AND FAMILIES! I'm early for once, but I have a ton of things to do. It doesn't seem like much, but having to make and decorate 3 100 serving cakes in different flavors does take some time to do. A lot of work has to be done ahead of time to get these cakes done. This week is a very full week starting early Tuesday morning. The following week ending September 12th and the week ending in September 19th are completely booked. Order early because the weeks are filling up fast. Take care and be kind to each other.
