Carefree Patisserie Classes This is the place to learn all about learning at Carefree Patisserie. We are starting classes and 'learning parties'.

Keep checking back to see what is available. Classes hold up to eight people and will be cancelled if no more than 4 people sign up. If you need to cancel a class, it is non-refundable but may be applied to another class within a year. If a class is cancelled by us due to weather, a full refund will be given. We are not a nut or gluten free bakery, please plan accordingly. All tools and supplies u

sed during class will be provided, and tools may be purchased after the class if you wish. If you plan on taking products home made during class, plesae bring a container to transport them. If you plan on signing up more than 6 people for a class, we would love to create a class designed specifically for your group's needs.

As most of you know 1 week from today (March 12) we are closing our valley Junction location. New place is in process, but there will be a delay. Please continue to follow us here on FB or read the news feed at the bottom of our web-site. We will try to keep everything as smooth as possible and continue to be a part of your celebrations. SAME PHONE NUMBER 515-277-0705. Starting April 1st we will begin to take orders for the rest of Spring/ summer. March 12- 31 we will not be available due to closing the store and taking a little time to go south for Spring Break. If you need a cake for the week end of March 14, 15- we have some pick up times available. Call by the end of this week to place your order! For the next 5 days that we are open it is CHEF"S CHOICE on cupcakes. Come in a see what we have. You may also order a dozen of anything to stash away in the freezer! Stop by the store- we have many things on sale. Please forward this to your friends and family. Have a great ending will only help us to get started back up sooner in the new location! Baby it's cold outside... come inside and make some treats. Classes on 12/7 (Saturday) still have openings. 10:30- 12 is frosted sugar cookies. 1:30- 3 is snowman cake. You will leave the cake class with an 8in cake, decorated and ready to go to your evening party. call 277-0705
