I have no idea why it feels like July outside when it’s October, but here we are. 😂

If you’re out and about today, come see us! We’ve got the cases full of all the good stuff, including pumpkin bars, because I refuse to let 80 degree weather ruin pumpkin season.

Grab a cookie, wander around Valley Junction, come back and grab another cookie. Seems like a solid Saturday to me.

It’s Friday!! And I feel like that’s a good enough excuse to buy cookies. 😂

Apparently Iowa did not get the memo that it’s OCTOBER. 🎃☀️

It’s 80 degrees outside, the leaves are trying their best, and we’re over here at Nan’s pretending it’s perfectly normal pumpkin weather.

So tomorrow we’re bringing the FALL whether Mother Nature cooperates or not.

These are still one of my absolute favorites.
ONLY second to Jordan's new creation of Tiramisu brownies.

I look forward to these seasonal bars every year. Soft, moist pumpkin bars packed with warm fall spices and topped with a thick layer of creamy cream cheese frosting. Basically fall in dessert form. SO GOOD!

Football this weekend? 🏈
