I began baking at the age of 8, I started very simply with an easy bake oven, but that progressed quickly as my love for baking flourished. I quickly began asking for more things to try. I was young so I mainly baked cookies. Once I was a little older I began to bake cupcakes, very often sharing them with my immediate family. When I was 10 years old, during the pandemic, I did lots of baking and t
hat's when my love for cupcake baking started. I did a summer cupcake class online where I started all sorts of decorating. Around that time, I was watching many baking shows and experimenting with what I could do. When I was 11 years old, I asked a friend if I could make her cupcakes for her birthday and she was excited to get to try my desserts. I made her custom cupcakes, perfect for her, and her and her family absolutely loved them and said they would totally pay for my baking. This was probably the real moment when I realized that maybe I could. I continued to practice and practice, giving cupcakes and treats to neighbors, family, and friends. When I was 12 years old, I began piping and decorating cupcakes and I made cupcakes for a bake sale. The cupcakes sold very well. I continued to bake for every family/friend gathering I could to get more and more people to try my cupcakes. By the time I was 13, I could make professional looking cupcakes. I made cupcakes for another bake sale for my dance studio and the cupcakes were a hit once again. After that bake sale, I had a dance teacher ask me to make cupcakes for an event and of course I said yes. I figured out all of the pricing and everything I needed to be able to sell cupcakes and I realized I could do it. Afterwards, she encouraged me to create a page to sell cupcakes, something I had been wanting to do for a while and that sparked it to finally happen. I canβt wait to bake for you!
