In addition to our Gluten Free Certification from the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG), we use only cage free eggs, hormone free dairy, and none of our products or ingredients are genetically modified. In 2018 we sent all of our products into the Specialty Food Associations Sofi Awards under the Gluten Free Products category. We are excited to announce that our best seller, the Flourless Chocolate Torte, won Bronze under the Gluten Free Products Category out of 2,600 other Gluten Free products.
