I taught a French Macaron class at the Holmen Area Community Center on Wednesday. 8 wonderfully woman attended and we had great time. The Macarons came out fantastic! Everyone should be very proud.

Tomorrow is Fat Tuesday. Every year we make dinner fun with a Kings Cake. But sometimes life is hectic, and you need a quick hack to make the party happen.

This is 2 tubes of Pillsbury cinnamon rolls in a small bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 30ish minutes. Once it's cool I'll color the icing that came with rolls and drizzle it over the top. Easy peasy!
