It has been a while, but I am opening this week on Friday (Veteran's Day) from 10-12 This week my special will be these delicious Pumpkin Spice Muffins, which were a big hit last time around!

I will also have my Sourdough Ciabatta and Whole Wheat Country Loaf Available. Please get your orders in by Wednesday night!

I haven't been open for a while, but I am opening this week! The menu is simple, you can order whole wheat sourdough or sourdough ciabatta.

DM me your orders by Tuesday night this week for pickup on Thursday.

Last week's Hot Cross Buns came out really well! Thank you all for a good Easter!

This week I'm keeping it simple. I will just have my Whole Wheat Sourdough Loaf, Sourdough Ciabatta, and Molasses Rye Sourdough.

I may also have an experiment brewing, so stop by and see what I've made!

I will be offering Conchas again this week as a special, and this time you can pre-order! 2 for $6. I will also have my Whole Wheat Sourdough Loaf (limited availability), Sourdough Ciabatta, Seeded Molasses Rye Sourdough, and Milk Bread Dinner Rolls! Please try and order by Wednesday evening.

Orders will be ready for pick up Thursday evening between 4-6.

Hi friends!

This week's special are Conchas, a Mexican treat with a buttery soft bun covered in a crumbly sweet topping. These are similar to the pineapple buns that I've made before, but every so slightly different in that the topping on these is less cookie like. I know what I've made aren't as pretty as what you find in a panaderia, but they are delicious nonetheless.

They are not for pre-order, but can be purchased when you stop by the bakery while I'm open.

I will have my molasses rye sourdough, sourdough ciabatta, and milk bread dinner rolls all available for pre-order. Please order by the end of tonight!

High Mountain Sourdough order reminder!

This week's special is an Oatmeal Sourdough Loaf. This loaf is stuffed and topped with whole oats for a nice chewy texture.

I will also have the Molasses Rye Sourdough and the Sourdough Ciabatta this week.

Hi friends!

I have some news this week! I will be starting a part-time job this week. Fortunately, I will be able to keep the bakery open every Thursday as my schedule allows it. However, it means that some weeks I may not have the time to make certain Sourdough products (namely the whole wheat sourdough loaf) as it requires a longer time in order to do well.

As such, be sure to pay close attention to what I am able to offer each week when you order.

This week I will once again be baking the Seeded Molasses Rye Sourdough loaf, Sourdough Ciabatta, and the Milk Bread Dinner Rolls.

Please order by WEDNESDAY evening in order to get your order in on time.

This week's special is this Seeded Molasses Rye Sourdough. This loaf is dark and roasty in flavor with a soft, sliceable crust.

The other normal options are still available: Whole Wheat Sourdough Loaf, Sourdough Ciabatta, and Milk Bread Dinner Rolls.

Hi friends!

It's December, and that means tasty winter treats. This week's special are these (extremely delicious) fudge dipped ginger molasses cookies. 4 for $5.

I will also have the typical Whole Wheat Sourdough Loaf, Sourdough Ciabatta, and Milk Bread Dinner Rolls available.

For sourdough, order by the end of tonight! For cookies and dinner rolls, please try to get your order in sometime tomorrow.

I will be baking for Thanksgiving! I will be open from 4-6pm Tuesday evening to accommodate for anyone who might be travelling on Wednesday.

I will have my Milk Bread Dinner Rolls (the Thanksgiving favorite!), Whole Wheat Sourdough Loaf, and Sourdough Ciabatta! Otherwise no specials this week.
