after three sweet years of flour-covered counters, early bake mornings, and so many wonderful people, i’ve made the bittersweet decision to close the doors of farina e acqua for the remainder of my time at west point.
this home bakery has been such a beautiful part of my life, something that turned out to be way bigger & more successful than i could’ve imagined. however, my number one job and most important work is wife & mom, and that is truly where i feel the most fulfilled. i want to be fully present for these years & not with divided attention.
i am incredibly grateful for every order, every customer, every bread-friendship that made these past three years so special.
