Putting a different spin on my Oatmeal Cream Pies.... Welcome the Pumpkin Oatmeal Cream Pie.

They start with two pumpkin oatmeal cookies that are incredibly soft and filled with warm spices and brown sugar. The cookies are sandwiched together with tangy cream cheese frosting that complements the pumpkin spice flavor perfectly. These cookies make for a great fall treat.

These cookies are a smaller version of my JUMBO oatmeal cream pies. But there is still plenty to go around! I promise.

This week was dedicated to my dear friend. Her favorite treat was the feature and our beautiful hometown came through! About 300 jumbo oatmeal cream pies came out of my little home kitchen the last 2 days. Tough work always pays off. Thank you to everyone who has ordered for her cause.
