Are you too busy to cook, don’t like to cook, or are too intimidated to make your favorite meal? If you answered yes to any of these questions Gour-Made, was made for you. Chef Diane, an award winning chef, offers Home or Full Service, a Helping Hand, or a few lessons, The Student Plan, to get you on your way to cooking and enjoying tasty, nutritious meals with the least amount of time consuming “

prep” work. The Home Service Plan is for those that just don’t have time, or don’t like to cook. Chef Diane can deliver, or will come to your home, and will custom plan and prepare meals for you to reheat or finish at your convenience. Most items will store neatly in the freezer, and come with detailed instructions for finishing. The Helping Hand Plan is for those that like to cook, but just don’t have the time to do all the prep work involved in preparing a nice nutritious meal. Let’s face it, when you get home from work, or from the kids soccer game all you want to do is cook the meal. For singles, this is the perfect way to cook for yourself or for that special someone you would like to impress. This plan features custom meal planning and preparation. ALL the prep work will be done for you; that means onions, peppers, carrots chopped, garlic minced, chicken cut up, etc. All items are completely labeled for your convenience. Detailed recipes and instructions accompany all items for easy cooking and assembly. For those that are entertaining and don’t want to do the work that night The Full Service Plan is for you. Chef Diane has extensive experience in preparing and serving small dinner parties in the privacy of your own home. It’s like going out to a 5 Star restaurant without leaving the comfort of your own home. The Student Plan is for those that would like to learn specific techniques of the Culinary Arts. Have you ever wondered how some of those wonderful sauces are made, how to roll your favorite sushi, or how to bake a loaf of bread? Chef Diane, as a former culinary instructor, can help anyone become more confident in the kitchen. Private lessons or group lessons are available. Make it a party and invite your friends, the more the merrier! How about a kids party – cookie making, cupcake decorating, or make your own sundae. No one is too young or too old to learn and enjoy cooking. Whatever your needs are Gour-Made can help you in what ever capacity you would like. Whichever plan you choose, you can be certain that you will be getting high quality, nutritious, and delicious meals!

Farmers Market b***y! Haven’t been in forever, and some of our favorite vendors aren’t there, (produce people do their own thing on their farm, MUST GO!) our mushroom friends were there as well as our favorite bread people! Got pink, blue and yellow oyster mushrooms, along with an absolutely perfectly beautiful lions mane, some maitake (hen of the woods) and some king oyster- they make amazing ‘scallops’. Add in some produce and we were happy! Slowly returning to some sort of normal! forgot to add the radish sprouts and the golden dragon fruit to the pics but.... some great food coming soon! Last nights dinner was the Duroc pork chops we sous vide ( 130 degrees for an hour and a half) with some sliced apple and a hint of sage. Pan seared and served with air fried potatoes and apple craisin chutney! These pork chops were SO outstanding! So flavorful and tender! Highly recommend if u can find them! We got these at Okeechobee Prime Meat Market.

Support your local growers! You can tell the difference between commercially grown produce and locally grown. (As a Chef, I always look at the boxes they have.... I recognize commercial produce boxes!) Not only in appearance but in shelf life! We bought this head of cauliflower at a local market over a week ago! I forgot about it and was sure I was going to have to throw it away! It looks the same as it did over a week ago! It’s about to become my soon to be famous cauliflower wings!!! Bon Appetit!

Sous vide night! Went to the local prime meat market. Got 2 Duroc pork chops with apples and a hint of sage. Also filet tails. One package is for au poivre, the other is just salt and pepper, flavor tbd later! Bon Appetit! (Ps the pork chops look dark due to lighting, but look at that marbling, and the butter is Plugra!)

Just cut a batch of pistachio marshmallows!  OMG such a beautiful flavor! (Didn’t add food coloring)

Well we actually fished all day! Hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving! We got home and threw this dinner together! OMG so yummy! Colossal lump crab meat with all the usuals to create amazing colossal lump crab cakes. Add in some pan seared asparagus and YUM!
