Scone bread pudding.
The other day I made homemade from scratch browned butter carrot cake scones. Not once but twice. I only had about 3.5-4 hours of sleep so the first batch I forgot to add the brown sugar and I rolled them to thin. They weren't very good. So today I decided to turn them into bread pudding and boy is it delicious! I used Cooking with Brenda Gantts recipe.
