Scone bread pudding.
The other day I made homemade from scratch browned butter carrot cake scones. Not once but twice. I only had about 3.5-4 hours of sleep so the first batch I forgot to add the brown sugar and I rolled them to thin. They weren't very good. So today I decided to turn them into bread pudding and boy is it delicious! I used Cooking with Brenda Gantts recipe.

Somehow forgot to post this on Valentine’s Day.

Valentine’s Day treats for the kiddos and my Dad this year. Of course I’m eating some also. 🥰
Chocolate covered strawberries.
Redvelvet, cream cheese oreo cookies.
Homemade from scratch strawberry cheesecake rolls . With fresh homemade strawberry jam, homemade cheesecake filling and homemade cream cheese frosting. Topped with graham crackers. Absolutely delicious! Definitely can cut them in half they are huge . 🧸❤️💌🍓

Brown butter carrot cake scones with cream cheese frosting homemade from scratch! Not a huge fan of scones myself but I had to try this recipe!
Definitely gave me an idea for what's next!

My Christmas cake. I did my bark twice and it still wasnt as good as i wanted it to be but its jut for us so i kept it. I didnt like the cake at all. Bryce(my junior baker/chef in training )came out and saved the day. He said Mom just put the rest of the stuff on top and give it a chance. Now aside of the bark im obsessed with it! The pine cones are homemade and 100 % edible. Theres cranberries and pine branches(fake). The sugar kept melting on the frozen cranberries. 🙄 You get the idea though. I took a bunch of other pics I’ll post separate .

I got the idea from Hatice Oncel who did one much better than mine lol.

I dehydrated some fruit for the first time. I’ll use it to put on twine to tie around jars of jam or jelly for gifts. From left to right: lemons, limes, grapefruit limes and lemons.
You’ll notice the limes and lemons on the right are like a brownish color. This is achieved by dehydrating them at a higher temperature. I love the rustic country type feel they give. I already can’t wait to do more. I want to try cranberries next. I think they will be the perfect addition.
