A quick announcement: I will be "off work" for these next few weeks aka I will not be able to take custom orders. And of course the one cake I sneak alot more than I should, but Sherri said it's called sampling so we're gonna go with that lol deal

This week will be the last week I'll have Banana Bread available, due to it being a slow seller I will plan on something different, any recommendations?

Thank you Heather for your suggestion, anything that I can do to take care of you better I will do my best to do so!!

Friends, I may eat a lot of the cookies myself, but the reality is I do this for you all!! A high quality cookie with unique quality service...all JUST FOR YOU!! And if I won't eat it, I won't serve it, it's my promise ...well other than eggnog cookies, seriously I just can't with them even though I've tried, home girl just can't get behind that flavor 😂😂😂 but I will bake them if you need!!

Seriously, just adore you all!!

Hello hello my wonderful friends!!

Just a quick shout out to everyone that has stopped by the self serve Red Cookie Shack, THANK YOU!!

A small tip on thawing your goodies: it takes about 20 minutes to thaw enough to serve, cookies will still be cold. Faster thawing method, put a cookie on your lap or heated car seat, or place between your hands (not if your driving) to thaw. If having a hot flash, on the back of neck cools you off and warms cookies. Once home/office, you can pop them in microwave for a few seconds as well (warm cookies are my favorites, with ice cream, eating them frozen is pretty darn delicious too). If you have other methods, please let me know and I will pass the info along!!

It is not recommended to refrigerate your jaNellie cookies or goodies. The way I bake from scratch, refrigeration will dry out the baked goods and make them crumbly and stale. For storing cookies you can plunk them back in to freezer or leave them on the counter away from sunlight and high heat

It's been wonderful with all the feedback you are sending in, and already have expanded to the 2nd freezer to accommodate your requests with have made a few minor adjustments to help serve you better. The Cookie Shack is for you, so any way to make it better I will do my best please let me know!! Shoot, even if you want to drop a line in just to share how much you're enjoying it, I'm okay with that!! Feel free to share with your friends that are in the area so they can swing by and fetch you some jaNellie goodies while they are here!!

Again, I am beyond thankful for YOU and your encouragement and support, seriously I have the best "customers" (but you know you're my friends) and it puts a smile on my heart to put a smile on yours and your favorite cookies in your bellies with the self serve option to make it easier to do so
