Vanilla cake with a chocolate cherry filling, vanilla buttercream and a chocolate drip with candy bits sprinkled on top. Yummy!

I really like these mini tulip cupcakes. (My regular, slightly taller than standard cupcake next to the tulip mini to show size.) Sometimes a whole cupcake is just too much. These minis are slightly larger than a regular mini, about two bites. Sometimes, and for some occasions, that is perfect!
