Spring is in the air at Happy Camper Deli & Bakery, and we’re celebrating with fresh flavors, hands-on experiences, and something special just for you.

🌿 Fresh Season, Fresh Sandwiches
As the season turns, so does our menu inspiration. Crisp greens, bright herbs, garden-fresh toppings, and vibrant flavors are taking center stage in our sandwiches — the perfect way to welcome spring one delicious bite at a time.

🍞 Join Us for Focaccia & Feast Night
We’re also inviting you to a cozy, hands-on evening where you’ll learn to make authentic Italian focaccia from scratch. During this two-hour experience, you’ll mix, stretch, dimple, and bake your own golden loaf while enjoying a rustic Italian-themed dinner. It’s part class, part dinner party, and entirely unforgettable.
