The Honeyed Hen Farm

Beekeeping isn’t always pretty.

A dirty suit because working with bees gets messy, my EpiPen (I’m allergic to bees), and a frame full of babies.

There’s so much happening inside a hive that most people never get to see, and I never get tired of it.

From the hive to your table. Drizzled over waffles or stirred into tea, our raw Long Island honey makes every little moment sweeter.

You can find our raw honey at Parva Bakeshop & Cafe A big thank you to Parva for supporting local and helping our honey find its way to your table! 🤎

A quick hive inspection on this beautiful fall day! They are super active and brining in a lot of pollen for all the winter bee babies!
