Oh, the Pistachio Cake Yazdi. I make an extra one everyday just so I can have it for breakfast.
There is a lot of love and work that goes into these little muffins. It has to have the right flour ( thank you ), the right Cardamom, the right Rosewater. The batter is made ,piped and baked fresh every morning. And that extra bit that makes it just perfect : Pistachio cream topping.

Stop by our store early in the morning to get them fresh! And check out our retail shelves where we have jars of Pistachio creams for purchase.

It feels bittersweet to make this happy announcement during these times of conflict and war, but I am excited to announce that Kouzeh Bakery will open its first storefront soon!
After eight years as a cottage bakery, Kouzeh has found a permanent home at the Americana Plaza building, in the beautiful Miracle Mile neighborhood.
Expect our Sourdough Iranian bread baked fresh daily, Tea and Coffee, and Iranian and Middle eastern products for purchase. And as we go forward, an expanding menu, and more food options will be available.
Opening dates are not set yet and will be announced soon. I hope to see you all there when we open our doors in the coming weeks.
