Bread pudding Alert!
Starting tomorrow (Friday) we will have weekly bread pudding specials.
This week : Gisou bread, Almond milk and Orange Blossom bread pudding, topped with saba parsa Blueberry Verjus jam, fresh Pluots, whipped cream and toasted Almonds. Served cold 😃

Back by popular demand: Bread classes!
Long time followers know of the previous classes we have had , both in person and virtual. Now that we have our own space, we will be holding regular classes. Each with a different theme and set of recipes.
Our first class in this series will be Stove top Flatbreads. Easy yet flavorful Iranian bread you can make at home.
When: Tuesday 8/25 , 4pm-7pm
Where: Kouzeh Bakery
Price: $150 per person
What it will include: Hands on bread making ( mixing, shaping, baking) along with a sit down meal served with fresh baked bread.
