One final fundraiser post, and I just needed to say-I’m so unbelievably grateful. Not only did I hit the minimum goal of 36, but surpassed it! I seriously can’t thank everyone enough for every purchase, share, comment, and kind words. With the fundraiser being over tomorrow, the orders will soon be shipped out 🥳 (and I thank yall for your patience as well!)
If you selected in-person delivery, your Drink Coupon will be in your cup waiting! If you selected to have yours shipped directly to you, I’ll have your drink coupon saved with your name on it for future use!

This week I dove into POS systems and some welding plans to get ready for the first inspection! This is surely a labor of love and I’m attempting to stay cool/calm/collected throughout the overwhelming to do lists! 😅

However- I can’t wait for these tumblers to arrive and get these coupons printed and passed out! 🥹💪🏻

Custom Rush Order

The big A-List Gala order!
I had a vision for this cake…and honestly I think it’s just as important to recognize your fails as much as your successes. Most people didn’t see or hear about the obstacles with this one, so today I think I’ll share! Originally my plan was to have team competition photos alongside the top and bottom tiers; I spent so much time gathering Gala-worthy moments from each team, to display in an edible fashion. I had everything planned to the T- a round tiered cake (not oval), 4-5 team photos to recognize highlighted moments, actual mini lights to light up the red carpet…etc. I hit so many speedbumps throughout the process (spacing, sizing, weight) but the one that tore at me was my printer. For whatever reason, my edible printer decided against me. We tried refilling ink, deep cleaning the machine..nothing worked to get good quality photos. I was so angry that I cried. I had a hard time accepting that the vision wasn’t happening 100%. I considered outsourcing photos from another bakery but couldn’t find anyone that would help in time. I’m still mad about it 🥲. I changed courses and added some rope and ribbon for a little accent and eventually was ready to for delivery. A few hours later the texts started flowing in: “Kelli this is amazing”, “best cake I’ve seen”, “this is so creative”, “my daughter had 3 plates”, “we don’t even like cake but this was so good”. I don’t think anyone knew (maybe until now) how much I appreciated every one of those messages! This one was for the books for sure, yet somehow these are the only photos in my gallery 😆😅😮‍💨 The biggest thank you to Jacqui and Dylan for trusting me with your order and Congratulations to each coach, athlete and family of Season 7!! Next year, it’s going to be even better! 💪🏻❤️🖤📸🎞️
