After doing some reflecting on business and researching the market, I have decided to close down Chessy’s Creations. The market is overly saturated with everyone popping up each day selling baked goods. I have a full plate with my family right now and I have plenty of capable friends who can take on your orders. ❤️

When I started baking for family and friends a decade ago, I never imagined I’d be where I am today. I have learned so much in this craft I will get to carry with my for a lifetime. So many friendships have been made from simply baking a cake and slapping some icing on it. ❤️ I’ll cherish them forever!

For now, I am going back to school for my Master’s in Elementary Education. My son is starting kindergarten in a couple weeks, too.

If you have a favorite cake I created for you, feel free to share it in the comments below. Thank you for all the times you chose me for your special event. It truly meant so much to have so many people invest in me and believe in me. ❤️

The LAST time I will have items will be at Silver Jewels in West Frankfort September 19th from 10am-4pm. Items will be limited. I will post what will be available closer to the event. ❤️

We have MOVED!!!

We are officially Herrin residents in the Sieveking household.

I will be posting a limited ordering menu soon once I am ready to take orders again. I have to discuss with my new city leaders on having a bakestand, as well.

I’ve missed everyone and am excited to start taking orders again soon!

Hey folks!

I wanted to touch base with all my regulars for both orders and for vendor events;

I’ve have had several people ask if I am doing the Spring Warehouse Event at Silver Jewels in a couple weeks and the answer is no.

My dad is having major reconstructive surgery on his shoulder a few days prior and it would do nobody any justice if I was to try to juggle both his surgery/recovery AND the event.

However, there will be several delicious bakers at the event I encourage you to try out!

As far as orders go for April/May, I will not be taking any. I want to be sure I am readily available for my dad during his recovery.

Thank you so much for understanding. I appreciate and love each and every one of you for always thinking of me for your dessert needs.
