Potato Lefse is a traditional Norwegian food. It’s a soft, thin, potato-based flatbread, cooked on a griddle. It’s a two day process that requires some patience. The wonderful thing about potato lefse is the way to enjoy it- you can have it sweet or savory, there’s no wrong way to indulge!
We get our delicious potato lefse from . Located in West Fargo, North Dakota. They are the largest and oldest lefse bakery in the U.S. and they are always handmade and hand rolled. So you can taste that delicious homemade recipe.

-with Gjetost (Norwegian brown cheese)
-with butter, sugar and cinnamon
-with butter and lingonberry jam
-with Snofrisk, smoked salmon and cucumber
-with Pølse (Norwegian hot dog)- enjoy with mustard!
