I started making sourdough because of gut issues. Even with homemade bread made from yeast. I was having stomach issues.
When I switched to sourdough bread I noticed that’s I wasn’t as bloated and minimal stomach upset.
I also fell in love with making sourdough and enjoying making it for others.
I strive to find the best ingredients rather it be out of my garden or buy locally grown. I watch what I put into my sourdough. The cheese and cream cheese that I put in only have the basic ingredients.
