Mike, we are so proud of you! 🎉

This week, we celebrated Mike as Dakota Bakery's Trainee of the Quarter.

One of the best parts of the bakery isn't just the bread. It's the people. Between the inside jokes, a little bit of sass, and a whole lot of teamwork, our trainees and staff show up for each other every day.

Congratulations, Mike! Thank you for your hard work, positive attitude, and for being such an important part of the Dakota Bakery team.

Challah's Travel Diary, Day 7:

I've seen the ocean.
I've visited historic landmarks.
I've achieved inner peace.

Most importantly, I've learned that life is about more than being a sandwich.

When I return home to Dakota Bakery, I plan to spend some time exploring avocado toast, caprese, fondue, and fried plantains with peanut butter.
