There is something captivating about the balance between restraint and extravagance. The simplicity of the ivory tiers allows every detail of the edible lace to become its own statement.

Bold yet delicate. Dramatic yet refined.

Because cake design isn’t simply about creating something beautiful. It’s about transforming edible materials into art.

How to turn paper into fabric➡️➡️➡️

I had a lot of left over ruffles to put use. I decided to make them meet in a corner and blossom outward. Did a simple stone texture on the fondant to give a little contrast.

Keep an eye out on my website for upcoming video classes!

Same cake. Three different silhouettes. 🤍
Square top, round top, no top- I can’t decide.
Each version changes the feel slightly.

I know which one I’m drawn to, but I want to hear what you see.
