We haven’t just been avoiding the summer heat... something even sweeter than our baklava is baking! 🍯

Taking some time away from the markets this summer has given us the chance to rest and prepare for our newest addition. While we’ll continue to take a brief pause as we welcome our little one, we can’t wait to be back out sharing our baklava with you all during the holiday season! Thank you so much for your continuous love, patience, and support as our family grows. 💙

My Chocolate “Dubai” cakes have been a hit at markets. It’s not just a hype guys, it’s delicious!! 🤤 I was recently asked to make a birthday cake version and received great feedback. 🥰 if you know me, you know how much I love birthdays, so this meant a lot to me. 🥳

This is a scratch-made MOIST 2-tier chocolate cake with a center filled with pistachio cream and toasted crispy kadayif (shredded pastry) and iced with a scratch made whipped chocolate ganache. 🤎

Good morning, everyone! We have some good news and some bad news.

The Good News: We had an INCREDIBLE market last night and completely SOLD OUT of baklava! Thank you to everyone who came by.

The Bad News: Unfortunately, this means we will not be attending this morning.

I take pride in quality, and the full process of prepping, baking, soaking, and packing a fresh batch simply can’t be rushed. There wasn’t enough time to do it right after such a busy night.
I am so sorry if you planned on seeing us today!

We’ll be back in December. 🥰🎄
