My name is Bailey, and I have been in love with making sweets that make people say, "Mmmmm!" for a long time. I realized that I could make a profession from this love when I was in college for nursing, and decided to switch career paths. I was accepted into Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in 2012 where I learned an array of amazing techniques and styles. I also worked at a pat

isserie in Vichy, France for six weeks where I learned to make not only desserts that taste amazing, but desserts that are beautiful pieces of art. I have learned to do everything from cake and cupcakes to french pastries and desserts. I have worked in two different high end dessert shops, and feel confident that I can create for you a dessert that will be exactly what you are looking for.
