This is a first…but oh so amazing. Mocha cupcake with peanut butter frosting. It’s not too heavy on the PB…just enough. It’s a classic…peanut butter and chocolate, then you up the ante and add coffee. Sign me up!

It’s Halloween! What better time to talk sweets.

Cupcakes, Cupcakes and more Cupcakes!

WEDDING
a moist white cake that’s insane versatile. My most popular by far and a great cupcake for the masses. I’ve made these into a Christening cake…rainbow cupcakes, or keep it simple and eat the white on white with velvety buttercream.

MOCHA
the moistest cupcake in my repertoire. It’s all about the coffee with this one. Chocolate and coffee. Sign.Me.Up. This is my favorite and the best way is mocha on mocha.

RED VELVET
I don’t lean towards red velvet but my sister in law does. It was a lot of pressure but this totally fits the bill. Gorgeous red velvet cake topped with amazing cream cheese frosting.

CARROT
moist, spicy and you get a serving of veggies! This is a fall favorite for sure. A good scoop of that cream cheese frosting and you are all set.

LEMON
this is an oddball but so full of lemony goodness. I prefer them ice cold on a hot summers day but they are tasty either way. Topped with lemon cream cheese frosting and some zest it’s all you need for an amazing dessert.

CHOCOLATE
a perfect chocolate cake that’s also extremely versatile. You want chocolate/chocolate? Got it. Chocolate with regular buttercream. Got it. How about chocolate with peanut butter frosting? Got it.
