Whats your go-to quick breakfast?

🥚🥑🥛 My new favorite breakfast, and it’s PACKED with goodness!

Two duck eggs, half an avocado, mineral salt, and a glass of milk. 🤌🏼 plus chilli crunch. My new obsession. 🌶️

✨ Complete protein + all 9 essential amino acids
✨ Choline for brain health
✨ Healthy fats for hormone and cell function
✨ Folate for healthy cell growth
✨ Calcium for strong bones and teeth
✨ B12, iron, selenium, and vitamins A, E & K
✨ Potassium and fiber for digestion and fluid balance

Trying very hard to eat my vitamins and minerals instead of turning to a jar of pills made synthetically.

This was an amazing and gut wrenching show 🩷⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️But bring tissues I might have ugly cried.
