Well, I spied the cake and though that I should do a quality control test of the frosting (no one would notice, right?) Well by the time I finished my test, the cake was BALD. Cake should be that good! I believe in simple classic designs. My cakes are created solely for eating and the sensory play in your mouth. I like a cake’s decoration to enhance the experience by mixing texture, flavor and nature. I use seasonal fruit in the cakes or as decoration along with flowers. Baking combines many of my interests and talents. I enjoy the chemical interaction of ingredients and the preparation necessary to make textures and flavors work.
