TAKING A BREAK: Over the last 5 years, this hobby of making cakes for family, friends, and new friends I have met through this FB page has been so rewarding and almost therapeutic. However, not many of you may know that at the same time the cake creations were providing me with great satisfaction, I've also been fighting colon cancer. I have not been in treatment for some time so most days my energy level was high and my pain was low and it did not interfere with my ability to deliver your cakes on time. However I am in treatment now and the side effects are making it very difficult for me to continue.
So for now, I will not be taking any orders except for from family and a few close friends in order to concentrate on getting well and getting my energy back. Thanks for all the support and the confidence you have put in me to help you celebrate your special events and I will post a note when I feel like I am ready to start up again.
