I finally have some time to focus on baking this week. I am making lots of things. Including these adorable Turkey Cookie Platters and lots of other Thanksgiving design cookies. Various cheesecakes, pies, cakes (Brown butter pumpkin with brown butter cream cheese and Pecan pepita ginger topping is to die for), cupcakes or these super cute pumpkin towers, pumpkin rolls.. I have been super busy with other things, but I'm still baking by order. I have baked a bunch of Halloween cookies that I'll be decorating, tonight and tomorrow, if anyone is interested. I can also do some cupcakes for this weekend. Just text me, 208-741-2288, and let me know what you would like. I'm also going to be taking orders and doing baking for Thanksgiving and fall stuff.
