My goal for the next couple of months is to try and make a Healthier version Rum Cake made with Almond Flour and Stevia instead of traditional Flour and Sugar.

Hi everyone! I missed you all!
Sadly it's been about two and a half years since I made my delicious Rum Cakes! Pictures below are from my MEMORIES! I started my Rum Cake journey by starting a fundraiser for my Son and his family after they were in a horrible accident. Afterwards, I started making them again for my own fundraiser to make extra income. I set up at the local Spring Hill Farmers Market and you all loved my Cakes, and I was told alot of you miss them! 🥰 Due to herniated disks and Autoimmune diseases I had to stop doing the markets and cakes because my body was unable to perform as it used to. I've been thinking of doing a smaller scale taking orders making my delicious Rum Cakes for those of you who loved them and can't live without them, or have never had the chance to. I have been told by everyone that has tasted them, that "They are the BEST Rum Cake I have ever had!!" They are sweet, moist, and Baked with Love and Captain Morgan Spiced Rum! If you have had and love 😋🩵 my Rum Cakes, please comment below!! And if you would like to pre-order, you can message me or go on my PayPal link I will put in the comments to pre-pay your order. All orders will be taken Sunday through Thursday night.. and fulfilled on Saturday Mornings unless otherwise stated and agreed upon in advance by me. Days Subject to change depending on my schedule and yours. Local orders will be local drop off local meet up, shipping available for additional fee!
