Happy weekend, everyone! We have been having the most cozy fall weather lately, and it’s really getting me into festive baking! As a result, I decided to add my pumpkin shaped artisan loaf (same classic flavor- adorable new shape!) to our menu weekly until the end of fall! That way it can be available for any special gatherings or parties you may have throughout the season, too :) For specials this week I’m bringing back apple pie scones (and classic blueberry) for a warm cozy treat. Hello everyone! Im sorry to be posting a day late this weekend- But here it is now! For our “from the baker’s bench” special, we have something new! Flakey Sea Salt and Rosemary Sourdough Foccacia! It’s soft, it’s flavorful, and just such a wonderful combination of flavors. I am ALSO adding blueberry sourdough English muffins to our menu and we sure are loving them over here! To our customers at Rosie’s Farm Cart- I appreciate you all so much for being patient while I transition from a dangerous oven to a brand new one last week! I’m loving my new oven so much and am excited that it did a great job baking fresh sourdough loaves, classic sourdough English muffins, and blueberry sourdough English muffins for you all today! Happy October, everyone! It was so nice getting to see and meet so many of you last Wednesday! The beautiful fall weather sure has been getting us all into the fresh bread mood, I think! This week for bread specials we will be introducing sourdough sesame bagels along with our classic and everything bagel flavors! For microgreens we have a “sweet and spicy” broccoli and radish combo available. The perfect blend in my opinion! My newest lunch obsession! Toasted sourdough with melty feta, kale microgreens, Kalamata olives, and cherry tomatoes from the garden. Spritz with a little olive oil!
