I hope everyone is having an amazing Labor Day weekend! It seems that the brioche bread was a big hit last week…AND To keep with the buttery dough theme, we will resume specials this week with cinnamon rolls last time!! Two reasons for this choice- 1. We have really been craving them over here! And 2. I made some tweaks to my bulk baking process (you guys definitely showed up for the cinnamon rolls!!) that has really ironed out some challenges from last time... so I need to redeem myself 😆 We also have the tiny but peppery arugula microgreens available this week! They are so much fun! Thank you all- I appreciate your support and encouragement so so much!

Exciting news, everyone! There’s a new bread in town! Introducing… The Best Brioche Sandwich Bread! This loaf is the best of everything… softness, rich flavor, premium ingredients, 1/2 freshly milled organic flour… not to mention that the butter and egg enrichments keep it fresh for days! Give it a try this week along with Broccoli or Radish microgreens to top any sandwich as you would use lettuce.

Microgreens+dip=my toddler’s favorite part of dinner! I love how the tiny leaves of microgreens are so easy for little ones to eat and less intimidating than many vegetable offerings!

Hello hello! Here I am with our weekly menu update! Specials are on pause now until September, but we still have all your favorite breads, English Muffins, and this week’s microgreens- sunflower!! Sunflower microgreens are so different than others. They are have more substantial leaves, have a crunch to them, and a fun nutty flavor. They are also a multivitamin in a leaf- packed with plant-based protein, healthy fats, and high levels of vitamins A,B,C,D and E! Give them a try in anything from a stir fry to a smoothie!
