Merry Christmas everyone! Thanks to everyone who bought cheesecake this Christmas season! All these packages of cream cheese turned into that delicious treat!

Cheesecakes are like a 27 day process (it’s an exaggeration but Lord they do take time! 😅) so this is my halfway point. First part about to go into the oven. Water baths are a hot topic amongst bakers, I personally find that the ramekins filled with water do just fine creating some steam in my oven to help with an even bake.
What’s a baking tip/hack that you find works best for your favorite kind of treat? 🤔

Late night baking! Just pulled out my mini cheesecakes, getting ready to label them. Next-the shortbread packaging! And then off to bed, I’m tired 😂😴

I will have the following flavors tomorrow available:
Biscoff, pumpkin, and original cheesecake (some plain and some with a dollop of whipped cream and a raspberry) along with my shortbread! You can stop and pick it up at salon. See yall then!
