Made peach cobbler jam from fresh peaches just sayin' I'm not doing that twice. 2 hours of work made 3 jars. IF I do it again it will be frozen peaches and that in itself is enough work.

Made Apricot Jam. I am totally surprised. I thought Apricot Jam would be terrible. Apricot Jam is amazing.

Made Strawberry Rhubarb Jam today.

However since the price of Rhubarb is over $6 a pound and that's not prepared (cleaned and diced). Labor is required to complete that task. The price for an 8 Oz jelly jar is $20. I can sell the 6 Oz jar for $18.

I acquired the Rhubarb on an Amish farm which required driving 25 miles out of my way. It was a nice trip and I did get to meet some nice people.

Working on a new product...As a suggestion by Alva; a nice lady Grandma Jones met at Webb City Walmart.

Cinnamon Swirl Quick Bread. It will have icing like Cinnamon Rolls. May be purchased with or without icing. Icing on the side so you can put it on as you like. Ready to go in the oven and Baked before Icing. Some people don't like icing so I'll offer it in a sample cup on the side
