“Back in the day” we had a cookie sandwich called the Sugar Daddy 😏🍪

This big daddy was our signature buttercream sandwiched between two jumbo sugar cookies — and let me tell you, this cookie was WILDLY popular!

I wasn’t completely satisfied with the sugar cookie texture, so I’m working on perfecting that dough recipe. 👩‍🍳

But now I’m wondering… who would like to see the Sugar Daddy make a comeback alongside our stuffed cookie lineup? 👀🍪

Or maybe several options of cookie sandwiches??
