It has been a minute since we’ve posted on this page, and we wanted to share a few updates about some changes we’ve been working on to better serve you!
🧁 Ordering Policy Updates
To ensure clear communication between our customers and our team, all orders must be placed either in person at the bakery or over the phone while speaking directly with one of our employees.
Please do not leave voicemails to place or cancel orders. We also ask that you do not place orders through text messages, Facebook messages, or email. While we do our best to monitor all forms of communication, messages and emails can occasionally be missed, and we never want that to affect your order.
📞 If you’d like to place an order, please call the bakery and speak directly with a team member, or stop by and see us in person!
🎂 Cake Order Notice
Many of you know that in the past we’ve often been able to accommodate same-day cake requests. While we loved being able to make the magic happen, we are no longer able to offer same-day cakes at this time.
Our talented cake decorator, Holly, is currently enjoying maternity leave and will be away from the bakery for the foreseeable future. That means we currently have one cake decorator handling all custom cake orders, and we want to make sure every cake receives the time, care, and attention it deserves.
We kindly ask that you plan ahead and place cake orders as early as possible to ensure availability.
